1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the bet.pk website, mobile application, and all associated services operated under the domain betpk.asia.
• "bet.pk", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the Platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game or event available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by bet.pk.
• "Real Funds" refers to Philippine Peso (₱) deposits made by a Player using supported payment methods.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming activities in the Philippines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bet.pk. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under Philippine law.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the bet.pk Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style gambling. bet.pk strictly enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and during use of the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of bet.pk, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by a regulatory authority.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Accounts must be registered and used solely by the individual named on the account.
• You must not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• You may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. bet.pk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure.
• You must notify bet.pk immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account by contacting our support team.
• bet.pk reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a passport, driver's license, SSS card, or PhilSys national ID.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bet.pk reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month to dormant accounts, subject to prior notice.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are processed in real time for supported e-wallet methods including GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days, subject to completion of identity verification.
• bet.pk does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which bet.pk bears no responsibility.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the bet.pk Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• bet.pk reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, bet.pk may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such hold within a reasonable timeframe.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once wagering activity has commenced. Players are advised to verify deposit amounts before confirming transactions.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bet.pk may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements). Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from Real Funds. Real Funds are used first in wagering unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus funds not used within the specified validity period will be automatically forfeited without notice.
• bet.pk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus structures through systematic wagering strategies, multi-accounting, or collusion will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• bet.pk reserves the right to refuse, reclaim, or cancel any bonus at its sole discretion if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the bet.pk Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bet.pk does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• bet.pk reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or game outcome that was affected by a technical error, data feed error, or manifest pricing error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and events. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market and may vary by game type, event, and Player account status.
• Winnings are credited to the Player's account balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant game or event, subject to any applicable verification requirements.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or event, the records maintained by bet.pk's system shall be considered the definitive record. Players may submit a formal dispute through the Platform's support channels within 30 days of the relevant event.
• bet.pk uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all casino-style games. The integrity of game outcomes is independently verified in accordance with PAGCOR-regulated standards.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet.pk Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the use of the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's systems. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform. bet.pk complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bet.pk Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of bet.pk or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from bet.pk.
• Use any bet.pk trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any content or software from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of bet.pk's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bet.pk shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if bet.pk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond bet.pk's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bet.pk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bet.pk makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

11 Privacy & Data

bet.pk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bet.pk implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and bet.pk cannot guarantee absolute data security.

bet.pk will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the Platform's services.

12 Responsible Gaming

bet.pk is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following tools to help Players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a period of their choosing. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and no new account may be registered.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic notifications reminding them of the time elapsed during a gaming session.

13 Termination

bet.pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or a regulatory authority.
• Determination that the Player is under 21 years of age.
• Any other circumstance in which bet.pk determines that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players.

Upon termination for cause, bet.pk reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to Player misconduct, any verified Real Funds balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting bet.pk's customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

14 Amendments

bet.pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bet.pk will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to bet.pk's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint through the Platform's support channels. bet.pk will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within two (2) business days and aim to resolve it within fifteen (15) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be escalated to PAGCOR or the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority in accordance with applicable gaming regulations. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for any unresolved disputes.
